We operate the website finvaulta.com and the Finvaulta platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

The first-party fv_activity_opt_out setting does not disable Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics; those scripts load when their environment variables are configured.

11. AI assistants and MCP connectors

You may connect ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or other MCP-compatible AI assistants to Finvaulta using OAuth. When you connect an assistant:

• We receive the assistant's OAuth client identity and your Finvaulta account information to authenticate the connection.
• Tool queries you make through the assistant (such as themes, tickers, and date ranges) are processed to return relevant research excerpts from our archive.
• We do not sell this data. ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and similar providers receive only the tool results you request in that chat session.
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the Finvaulta connector in your assistant's settings and/or by deleting your Finvaulta account.
