Conversely, household consumption declined 0.4% mom sa (+2.8% yoy), weighed down by drops in both imported and domestic goods purchases. While real wage gains and remittances offer tailwinds, domestic demand faces headwinds from weak business sentiment and uncertainty regarding US trade policy and the USMCA review.
